Suitability of Future Search for Your Club

Our underlying theme, and an important principle of Future Search, is to work with you in a partnership spirit.

Because we guarantee to do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied, we have an accelerated screening process. In some special circumstances the Future Search approach might not be the most suitable. If that proves to be the case, we would prefer to recommend other consultants to help you.

Our process and next steps

At the end of the first 3 steps below, you will know enough about the Future Search approach so that it is an option for you to consider for the future.

1. Telephone conversation - This enables us to get a better idea of your needs and ascertain whether the Future Search approach may be right for you.

2. Questionnaire - We ask you to complete a 5 minute information questionnaire. This is often of benefit irrespective of whether we ultimately both decide to proceed. It usually helps clubs to get clear about their needs and parameters.

3. Conference - This is held at your premises or a Go To Meeting conference call and enables you to get a better understanding of the Future Search approach and ensure there is a good mutual understanding of needs and circumstances. In addition to yourself, we recommend that this conference involve others who will benefit from the information or be involved in a decision.

4. Written quote - We will now be in a good position to assess your needs and advise you whether Future Search is or is not appropriate. If both parties believe there is a good fit, we provide a written quote setting out the recommended procedure, time required, costs and other details required for successful implementation.
