Will you ultimately open Membership up to more than 80 clubs?
Our first commitment is to provide the highest quality service to the first 80 members. At the moment, it is simply not clear to us how many members we can effectively service beyond the 80. If we find that we can deliver on our commitment to the first 80 members and still take on more members, then we will consider that at the time.
Will the fees be increased in the future?
For the first 80 members, the fees will never be increased provided you retain continual membership.
Should we open up membership beyond the first 80 clubs, the fees may be increased for new members.
Does this Program suit all sized clubs?
The Program has been developed to ensure it is flexible enough to benefit all clubs irrespective of size.

Absolutely. Our aim is to deliver to club leaders what they need and we are hoping that Members will provide input so that we can adjust the Program to achieve that.

A common downside of educational programs is that they do not provide ongoing support for when you have a question that needs answering. A downside of individual ongoing coaching or consulting is that you don't learn from your peers, as well as the cost.
The ClubAction Program provides an open forum where you will be able to ask your questions and get input from other members and our team of experts.
Are there any long-term commitments?
Our guarantee means that within the first 6 months of membership, whether you sign up for a 1, 6 or 12 month period, if you are not satisfied, you will be able to pull out and get your money back. Beyond that 6 month period, your only commitment will be for the period you sign up for.
