What others have to say about Duct Tape Marketing

"Clever marketing ideas galore and lots of contrarian thinking on what works and what doesn't."

-- Forbes magazine

"For growing businesses in search of some great marketing ideas, Duct Tape Marketing is a worthwhile online pit stop."

--Entrepreneur Magazine

“…just like its namesake – Duct Tape – it’s good, amazingly practical, and immensely sticky stuff. You can begin to put it to use immediately.”

Typical SME/Small Business Distilled Marketing Client

Just about any SME or small business can benefit from our Referral Flood Power Groups, Distilled Community Business Assist and the Duct Tape Marketing off the shelf products.

Our Marketing Coaching, however, does not suit all SME’s/small businesses. Our typical coaching client is one who meets the following:

1. SME and small business owners and independent professionals in a variety of industries with 5-50 employees.

2. Little or no fully dedicated in-house marketing staff.

3. Have grown to where they are with little or no formal marketing but have become frustrated with their inability to “go to the next level” and become a more effective and exciting organisation.  They are tired of doing all or most of the strategic job of marketing. They are ready to move beyond reaction and event driven tactics.

4. Have come to appreciate professional help. They are looking for a marketing partnership and value their advisors. They are not do-it-yourself types. They know what they do well. They tend to hire and value advisors in other areas of their business. They realize that they are the ones who must take responsibility for communicating the vision for the business – they want help doing just that.
