Goal Setting Motivation

If you ever wanted an example to prove that goal setting works and to motivate you towards doing it, here's one to think about.

Back in 1953, a Harvard University study checked the number ofgraudating students who wrote down their specific career goals. They found that only 3% of students had done so.

Fast forward to 1973 and the University checked the financial wealth of the same students.

What it found was that the wealth of the 3% of the students who had written down their goals outweighed the COMBINED wealth of the remaining 97%.

I don't know of a better example than this to prove the benefit of clarifying and recording your goals.

 If you haven't already done it, decide now whether you want to and when you will do it. Also decide whether you want to take a small step now towards doing it.
